The stars were out at the 15th Annual Starr's on the Credit backyard bash that raised funds for life changing programs and services for children and youth involved with Peel CAS.
“My family and I host this fundraiser each year to raise money to support a local charity,” said Councillor Ron Starr. “This year the event was dedicated to supporting programs that benefit children and youth in our community. We are very pleased to have raised over $200,000 in support of life changing programs and services for children and youth.”
Guests were decked out in 50’s style while #GlampingwiththeStarr's at the fundraiser. “It has been such an amazing opportunity to work with Councillor Starr, his family and the event organizing committee to bring this event together,” said Renae Addis, Executive Director, Peel Children’s Aid Foundation. “So many children and youth will benefit from the funds raised at this fabulous event.”
A big thank you goes out to all of the staff of Peel Children's Aid and Peel Children's Aid Foundation who came together to make this event possible!
