Accessible customer service is not only about the physical building and the environment, it is also about understanding that people with disabilities may have different needs and how you may address these needs.
The mandatory training below will provide detail information about Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and tips for accessible customer service, as required by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.

Once you feel confident in the material, test your knowledge by taking the quiz here.
After you have completed the quiz, copy and send it to volunteer services via email or drop it off to the Volunteer Services office.
