COVID-19 Update

In response to the recent easing of public health restrictions in Ontario, our offices are now open to the public for appointments and meetings. In order to protect the safety of our employees, volunteers, and the children, youth and families we serve, our maintenance team follows enhanced cleaning protocols, and all staff and visitors in our facilities are required to wear a mask. We continue to follow all public health guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Many of our employees are continuing to work remotely on a full- or part-time basis, depending on their job requirements. Staff can be reached by phone or email.

As always, anyone who has a concern about the safety or well-being of a child or youth under 18, should immediately contact their local Children’s Aid Society or Indigenous Child and Family Well-Being Agency. The Peel CAS office is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and emergency assistance is available 24/7 at 905-363-6131. We’re here to help.
