Strategic Plan 2024-2029

Peel CAS officially unveiled its new strategic plan at the agency's Dress Purple Day event on October 25, 2024. The plan was developed through a comprehensive engagement process with input from a wide range of stakeholders including the children, youth and families we serve, our staff, caregivers and volunteers, Board of Directors, government representatives, and community partners. We are grateful to everyone who provided their feedback through this process.

The plan features five areas of focus to help guide our work over the next five years, as well as updates to our Mission, Vision and Values. This plan represents the agency’s deep commitment to community integration and partnership as our focus continues to shift from child protection towards child, youth and family health and well-being. 

As we move ahead with the implementation of the strategic plan, we commit to the shared vision we developed together. We look forward to continued collaboration as we work toward our goals and ensure that Peel CAS remains innovative, inclusive and impactful.
