Family violence impacts women, children and families in Peel. Our Family and Intimate Partner Violence (FIPV) Teams work with high-risk cases where children are impacted by or exposed to domestic violence. The Safe Centre of Peel
Our FIPV team is one of several community partners housed at The Safe Centre of Peel, where families and individuals impacted by violence and abuse can access many of the services they need in one place. This partnership allows for faster intervention, assessments and support for women struggling to break the cycle of abuse.
