Peel Children’s Aid Society mourns and grieves the 215 children whose remains were recently discovered in a burial site in Kamloops, and all the children who never returned home from the Residential School System in Canada.

From April 2019 to March 2020 we reviewed feedback from primary caregivers via telephone surveys at the end of ongoing services. We are pleased to present a summary of feedback received.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in keeping with public health recommendations, our offices in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon are temporarily closed until further notice. The agency’s services remain open and staff are working remotely during this time and accessible via phone and email.
